As a former middle school English teacher (and parent!), I am very familiar with and amused by Bar and Bat Mitzvah-aged teens. I love working with kids this age because of their energy and their honesty. Below are 3 separate slideshows featuring various celebrations. First you’ll see a collection of different mitzvahs in the Boston/Metrowest area. Then comes Rachel’s Bat Mitzvah at the Charles River Museum of Industry in Waltham. Finally, you’ll see Jonathan’s Bar Mitzvah at Temple Emanuel, Newton.
